Super easy test

So I got the Skin Health Testing Kit because I was curious about some persistent issues. It was super easy to do the finger prick thing, not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Sent it back and got my results pretty fast. It was all very chill and uncomplicated. Definitely worth trying if you're on the fence.

Mostly positive, quick delivery

I went for the Home Testing Kit - Core. Delivery was surprisingly fast, got to me in Chicago in just 3 days. The kit itself was easy to use, and sending the sample back was no hassle. The results were clear and gave me some good insights. My only minor gripe was that the online portal felt a little bit clunky to navigate when I first logged in, could be a bit more intuitive. But for the price and speed, it was a good experience overall.

Good value on the Complete Body Kit

I was looking for a good deal on a food intolerance test and Supply Life popped up. I snagged the Home Testing Kit - Complete Body during a seasonal sale. The price was really competitive compared to other places I checked. Felt like I got a solid discount, which was great for my budget. The process itself was easy enough and the results came back pretty fast. Definitely felt like money well spent for what I received.

Consistently reliable service

This was my third time ordering from Supply Life, this time for the Energy Optimization Kit. As usual, the process was smooth. The kit arrived quickly, just like my previous orders for the Food Intolerance Test. They're consistently reliable with delivery and getting the results back in a timely manner. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver.

Detailed review of the 200+ Food Panel

I ordered the 200+ Food Panel Test a few weeks ago. The ordering online was straightforward, no confusing steps. The kit arrived in about 4 days, which was reasonable. The instructions for the pin-prick sample were clear, though getting enough blood was a bit fiddly for me, but I managed. Sent it back, and the results were available on their portal within 7 business days, faster than I expected. The Food Sensitivity Report was quite comprehensive, breaking down different food groups and my reactions. It also came with a Reintroduction Guide, which I found helpful for figuring out what to do next. I didn't need customer support this time, but the overall experience was efficient and informative. The report gave me a good starting point for dietary changes.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between the Core and Complete tests. What's the main difference between them, like what extra stuff does the Complete one cover?

I Ivy 2 months ago
The Complete one just tests for way more foods, like double the amount I think? Core is more for common stuff, Complete gets super specific. If you have really weird symptoms or tried everything else, complete is probably better.

Core is like the basics, common allergens and stuff. Complete dives much deeper into like 200+ foods, so if you're really trying to pinpoint something obscure, that's the one. It costs more obviously.

Just ordered the Complete Body test, super excited! Any idea how long it usually takes to get the results back after I send my sample in?

D Dana Kaur 2 months ago
Mine took about a week and a half, maybe two weeks tops. They email you when it's ready.

yeah, mine was pretty quick, like 7-10 days after they got my kit. You get a notification so you don't have to keep checking.

The pin-prick blood test sounds a bit intimidating. Is it actually painful or just a quick sting?

F Faith C. 2 months ago
Honestly, it's barely anything. Like a tiny prick, less than a finger prick for a blood sugar test even. You just squeeze a bit of blood out and it's over.

Nah, it's fine. Super quick. The anticipation is worse than the actual thing. You'll be good!

Anyone know if there's an NHS discount for Supply Life? My friend got one for something else and I was hoping to save a bit on this test.

E Emma 2 months ago
I think they do have one, yeah. I remember seeing it mentioned somewhere on their site when I was looking around. Worth checking their FAQ or looking for a dedicated page.

Pretty sure they do! I saw it listed with student discounts and stuff. Just gotta prove you're NHS staff during checkout, I imagine.

Thinking of getting one of these intolerance tests, but seen a few different companies. How does Supply Life stack up against YorkTest?

J Josh L. 1 month ago
From what I've seen, they both test for a lot of similar stuff. Supply Life seems to have a slightly bigger food panel for their main test, but YorkTest has been around longer. Hard to say which is definitively 'better' though.

I went with Supply Life after looking at both. The interface for the results seemed a bit more user-friendly, and they had a good deal running. Accuracy claims are similar for both, so it kinda came down to price and usability for me.
